Functional Fitness
Train for a life of limitless adventure. Our speciality class will get you stronger, fitter and faster. These varied sessions include elements of olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning.

Cardio club
Conditioning classes designed to increase aerobic fitness, stamina and endurance. Get crazy fit, energised and endorphin-boosted with our lower skill, high-intensity sessions.

Olympic weightlifting
Develop your snatch and clean & jerk in under the expert eye of our lifting coaches. You’ll perform drills, complexes and strengthening exercises to improve, build confidence and add kilos to the bar.

Gymnastics
Master bodyweight movements like pull-ups, muscle-ups and handstand walking! You’ll perform gymnastics progressions relative to your ability, calisthenics and functional bodybuilding movements to build skill and strength.

STRENGTH
Our bodybuilding class promotes muscle definition, lean mass and increased power. We combine compound exercises (bench, deadlifts etc) with accessory movements, which not only sculpt our bodies but make us more balanced and resilient to injury.

MOBILITY
Using passive and active mobilisation exercises, you’ll increase range of motion, stability and flexibility. It’s great for facilitating recovery, building a robust and resilient body. It’s a must for increased athletic performance, but will make everyday life better too.

BEGINNERS
Learn fundamental movements at a gentle pace in a supportive environment. You’ll develop good form and technique, relative to your ability, before we increase load and intensity. It’s a great way to ease yourself in.

MUM AND BABY
Tailored to prenatal and postpartum women, we focus on increasing strength and fitness, promoting health and body confidence. This is time to work on you, but in an environment where you can bring your baby and feel comfortable.

ASCEND
This is a more challenging, longer class where the coaches train with you. It’s an opportunity to lift a little heavier, practice those harder skills and push the intensity in a high-energy, competitive space.

It’s perfect for visibility; you won’t get lost in a class, you’ll have a coaches’ attentive eye on you at all times and it’s really versatile for all the different disciplines we offer.
EQUIPMENT
High-quality functional kit; barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, rings, rig, boxes, sandbags, ropes, skipping ropes, bands, weight plates, clips, cardio machines, handstand ramp. Everything we need to run dynamic, varied and challenging workouts. No more queuing for machines at the gym!

SPECIALITY COFFEE SHOP
Adjoining Fell is our sister business, Fold Coffee. We have a unique modbar coffee machine, serving up some of the best coffee outside London. Members get 10% discount and love to catch up here before and after classes, even working remotely for most of the day, taking advantage of daytime classes and open gym.
PARKING
There’s plenty of free parking outside our units (12 & 13) and 90 -minutes free in Lidl just over the road.
CHANGING & SHOWERS
We have a shower and a changing room with toiletries, straighteners and a hair dryer, which is perfect for those pre-work sessions.
